Please note that all subscriptions and credits used are final and non-refundable.

Suspensions and Downtime

In line with our rights to terminate or suspend your access as described above, you acknowledge that your access to and use of the services may be suspended during any unexpected outage or unavailability of any part or all of the services for any reason.

All correspondence and notifications under this agreement must be written in English. We reserve the right to instantly terminate or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if Best Stable determines, at its sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
